Autokap™ 1230E delights Zimmermann-Graeff & Müller

Zimmermann-Graeff & Müller, one of Germany's leading wine manufacturers is delighted with its new Autokap™ 1230E fully automatic wine filler.

This technologically advanced bag-in-box filling machine is believed to be the fastest and cleanest in Europe. It represents the latest step in Rapak's introduction of a new generation of wine fillers.

Benefits of the Autokap™ 1230E include:

  • an ultra-clean servo driven, non-drip fill valve that gives consistently hygienic, drip free fill

  • consistent bag position due to servo driven motors

  • a ‘footer plate' beneath the fill head reducing air ingress into the bag when filled as well as eliminating splashing during the capping process

  • a filling rate of sixteen 3 litre bags/minute for each of the two filling heads
