Production Output

Production is dependent on product supply conditions and the dexterity of the operator.

Typical examples of output based on water are the following:

• 1000 litre bags at up to 7 to 12 bags per hour
• 200 litre bags at 20 to 25 bags per hour.

Filler Description

• Autokap™ 1000 is a Single-Head Semi-Automatic Bulk filler that can fill bags ranging from 250 to 1400 litre directly into drums and bins.
• The filler is setup to run a center glanded bag usually supplied in a folded format.
• After loading the bag, the fill head moves to the bottom of the container and rises as the bag fills from the bottom of the container.
• Fillers are specified for the required type of liquid to fill. The Autokap™1000
  series is compatible with a large range of fitments.
