Production Output

• Production is dependent on flow rate, product viscosity and the container handling system.

Typical examples of output based on water:

• Product supply 5000 litres per hour 4.6 x 1000 litre bins per hour
• Product supply 10,000 litres per hour 8.5 x 1000 litre bins her hour
• Product supply 5000 litres per hour 18 x 200 litre drums per hour

Filler Description

• The Intasept™ 2800 Single-Head Aseptic bulk filler can fill bags directly into 200-litre drums in single file or on pallets.
• It is also capable of filling up to 1400 litre bins and has an optional fill table for 5 to 30-litre bag production.
• The filler can be supplied with custom designed optional drum or bin handling systems.
• Two fillers can be configured to work as a twinhead filler with product supply alternating between heads either for continuous or independent filling from a direct or indirect process system.
