Products that benefit from the bag-in-box technology include wine, post-mix syrups, milk, liquid eggs, dairy products, fruit juices and purées, tomato paste and water, as well as chemical and pharmaceutical products. For all fillers customers can choose semi or fully-automatic filling systems, according to the output required. Single head fillers with turnkey fully automated multi-head machines are available. The aseptic range includes the patented aseptic membrane filling system, Intasept® and the Sterikap™ aseptic filling system which is designed for customers with more standard applications, using bags with a gland and a cap.

A wide range of dispensers, including caps and taps, tube dispense, tamper evident closures, connectors and valve systems are also offered by Rapak. The facilities across the world, which operate a number of plastic injection machines, manufacture a wide range of dispensing solutions.
